Server Rules

Welcome to gotRagnarok Online! To keep the game fair, fun, and welcoming for everyone, please follow these rules. By playing, you agree to abide by them.

1. General Conduct

• Respect all players, staff, and community members.

• Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or excessive toxicity is not tolerated.

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics is forbidden. Please report them to staff.

• Do not impersonate staff or spread false information about the server.

• Advertising other servers or services is not allowed.

2. Gameplay Rules

• No botting, macros, or third-party tools that provide unfair advantages.

• Dual-clienting: Currently Restricted.

• Kill-stealing, mob-luring, or griefing other players is not permitted.

• AFK farming methods that generate unfair resources (homunculus, mercenaries, auto-attacks) are subject to staff review.

• Exploiting map mechanics or abusing skills in unintended ways (e.g., wall abuse, skill stacking glitches) is prohibited.

3. Community & Chat Rules

• Keep language appropriate for all players.

• No excessive spamming or flooding in public chats.

• Political, religious, or highly controversial discussions are discouraged in-game.

• NSFW content is strictly forbidden in public spaces.

• English is the primary language for support and public channels (guilds may use any language internally).

4. Account & Security

• You are responsible for the security of your account—do not share accounts.

• Lost items or accounts due to account sharing or negligence may not be recovered.

• Use a strong password and keep your FluxCP and in-game credentials private.

5. Staff & Enforcement

• Staff decisions are final, but players may appeal respectfully via the proper channels.

• Do not harass or pressure staff for items, favors, or special treatment.

• Reports of rule-breaking should be made through the ticket system or official Discord, not public chat.

• Punishments may range from warnings to permanent bans depending on severity.

6. Final Notes

• These rules may be updated at any time. Players are expected to stay informed.

• If something is not listed here but clearly breaks the spirit of fair play, staff reserve the right to act.
